Earplugs
ZORGE produces earplugs or domes that prevent damage to hearing. We opted for LSR injection-moulding techniques with high cavity tooling because we needed a high degree of precision and repeatability for the large batch quantities required.
The high productivity levels we can achieve using LSR methods make LSR an interesting alternative to manufacturing these parts from solid silicones.
